Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At CoZmiK shirts Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple.

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the garment or item you have purchased, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error.

However, please note that we cannot give refunds or exchange goods that are custom printed therefore it is particularly important when using our custom printed service that you choose the correct size when ordering.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are returning garments or other items to us please follow these instructions:
1. Please advise us of your return using the following e-form.
2. Please wrap the package securely to maintain the garments in their original condition.
3. For your protection, we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery Service.
